The Scanning function calculates the number of seedlings per meter, the average spacing and standard deviation between plants. The Plant Population calculator calculates the number of plants per ha. This data helps growers measure planting performance, and to determine if re-plant might be required. Also helpful to benchmark establishment performance from one year to the next.
